“This stretch of 101 for a long time held few high-quality options, but that’s changing, and downtown Ukiah’s Saucy is leading the pack.”

Saucy Becomes Cultivo

Come celebrate with us as we transition Saucy to Cultivo with $2 select pints, complimentary hors d’oeuvres, and a 15% off coupon for your next meal

Mingle starts at 5:00 pm and sign unveiling at 6:00 pm

We’re about to keep the best and toss the rest as Saucy becomes Cultivo! We have slowly been bringing more fresh, locally grown produce, proteins and herbs to Saucy, while maintaining many of the dishes everyone loves. Now it’s time to transform a chic, Italian restaurant into a welcoming farm-to-table eatery that embraces the best of Mendocino County: California cuisine by local people for local people. We have poured our whole hearts into this restaurant, bringing the great Saucy vibe and some of the great Saucy food and blending it with our own. “Cultivo” comes from the act of cultivation, which directly ties to our passion for the farm-to-table concept. We are thrilled to be part of Ukiah’s historic downtown neighborhood and we can’t wait to meet you. Cheers to future endeavors, new friendships, and of course, fantastic food!

“My husband and I held our wedding rehearsal dinner at Saucy and we had a wonderful experience. We reserved the mezzanine, which was an ideal space for our group of 25; it was the perfect casual, relaxed environment for our families to visit with each other. Cynthia was a delight to work with as we were planning the event, and the food and service during our event was excellent. All of the food, from the appetizers and salads, to the pizzas and that amazing s’more pie for dessert, everything was just absolutely delicious and so much more than your typical Italian / pizza place. Really good, fresh, gourmet food. Our server was kind and attentive, he and Cynthia made sure that we were well taken care of throughout the evening. I would highly recommend Saucy, whether you are looking to have dinner for two or a special event for a large group, this is THE place in Ukiah for really delicious food at reasonable prices with great service. Thanks so much to Cynthia and the Saucy team for making our special night such a success!”

Meatball Order

Having a Party? Make it Saucy!

Saucy is now offering a new “Meatball Party” menu, with their delicious meatballs available to go by the dozen for any occasion. Need more food? Grab a some sides – salads, pasta, polenta, or our incredible pizza dough breadsticks. It doesn’t get much better than that!

72 hour advance notice requested for Meatball Orders.  If you are within 72 hours of your desired pick up date/time, please call the restaurant at 707-462-7007 and speak to a manager to see about availability for your requested order.  Thank you for your consideration.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our rehearsal dinner! We were all raving about the pasta and fabulous meatballs! My own Italian family were really impressed with everything, including the polenta (my personal favorite with the meatballs) and the bread was incredible. Your use of the term ‘breadsticks’ doesn’t do them justice – obviously hand-done, soft and chewy, and very flavorful! And the quantity was more than generous, feeding more people that night than planned. Must tell you that you helped me out with what was a last-minute change of plans, and I’m so glad I found you when I did. The generous order cost me less than expected, you were so friendly and helpful, and it was an amazing value – excellent quality, and greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back, and will highly recommend Saucy to any traveling friends!”
